Eyes on Sight! Macular Degeneration Seminar Albany, NY

The Macular Degeneration Association will be returning to beautiful Albany, NY on Saturday, November 2, 2019. The program series is called“ Eyes on Sight!”.

The program will be held at the Hilton Albany located at 40 Lodge Street Albany, NY 12207

We will be hosting a FREE awareness program covering the following subjects: age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema and low vision products.

The program starts at 8:30 a.m. with registration and breakfast and will end at 12:00 p.m.

The Macular Degeneration Association provides a supportive learning environment for people living with macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease.

This half-day program offers a forum to hear from a prominent retina specialist about the latest research, new treatments, therapies, and clinical trials.

At our programs you will hear from a patient ambassador about their journey with their eye disease and their successful coping strategies.

You will also have the chance to speak with other participants to learn about their successes and failures.

Local vendors and organizations  will be available to share valuable information..

This program will feature renowned Retina Specialist, Joshua Mali, MD. Dr. Mali will be speaking about Age-Related Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Macular Edema.

Dr. Mali is the Medical Director for the Macular Degeneration Association and practices at the Eye Associates in Sarasota, FL.
